How to Use

1. Rinse the tumbler with plain drinking water before use. Avoid soap or detergent on the wood.
2. Fill the tumbler with approximately 80–100 ml of clean drinking water.
3. Leave the water in the tumbler overnight for about 8–10 hours.
4. Drink the infused water in the morning on an empty stomach.
